Referrers Survey for CAMHS Community Nurse Service

Closed 24 Jul 2016

Opened 27 Jun 2016

Overview

The CAMHS Community Nurses Service works with schools to help provide early advice and support to children, young people and families who need help to manage their emotional health and wellbeing.

Surrey County Council are carrying out a service review to understand if CAMHS Community Nurses Service is performing well, meets people’s needs and is well integrated in the health and care system.

You are not obligated to complete this survey, but we would be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire about your experience of referring children to the CAMHS Community Nurse Service by 18 July 2016.

The information will be used to help us improve our services. If you have any questions, please contact christine.aceger@surreycc.gov.uk
