Surrey Breastfeeding Strategy 2015 - 2020 'Building a Happy Baby' Conference Evaluation
Overview
This is the evaluation for the 'Building a Happy Baby' Breastfeeding Conference that took place on the 21st April 2015 at Leatherhead Leisure Centre.
We want to give you the opportunity to share your views on how the conference went and find out what you gained from the experience. This will help us in developing and delivering events in the future and completing the 'Building a Happy Baby' Breastfeedng Strategy 2015-2020.
We would also like to hear your views on our vision so far to create a County where:
• Every family is fully aware of the benefits of breastfeeding and therefore able to make an informed decision about how to feed their baby.
• Every family is able to access the information, support and help they need in hospital and community settings from appropriate publicly funded and voluntary services.
• Public and private sector services and settings all welcome and support breastfeeding mothers.
This evaluation should take approximately 10 minutes. Thank you in advance for your time.
