Overview

This is a pre-planning application public consultation on the proposals for a new  staff building at the Godstone Highway depot. The new building will replace a series of structures that will be demolished. At the same time the road through the site will be realigned to the area cleared by the demolished buildings and the car park relocated to the middle of the site.  

Why your views matter

We are inviting neighbours to the site to comment on the proposals, as well as Godstone residents who are familiar with the depot. We are able to answer any questions about the proposals by phone or email (see contact details to the right) and consider your suggestions submitted on the feedback form available via the May 2023 consultation link provided below.

What happens next

Thank you for the feedback provided during the consultation period. We will  consider all responses prior to finalising the proposals for the planning application expected to be made in June 2023.  If you live adjacent to the site there will be another chance to comment on the formal planning application when it has been submitted to the SCC planning department for determination.
