Sleep Survey
Overview
Sleep is an important part of all our health. A good night's sleep can make us feel healthier and improve our concentration or energy. Not sleeping can make us feel tired, irritable or affect our ability to do certain tasks.
We are trying to understand how well the residents of Surrey are sleeping, and what information or support is needed to improve sleep in Surrey.
Why your views matter
This is a short and confidential survey, including questions about your sleep, general health, and other aspects of your life that might affect sleep. We are hoping to use this to understand what might impact sleep quality for residents in Surrey. Your participation is voluntary, but it can shape the support we're able to offer.
We are offering participants the chance to take part in a raffle for a £20 Love2Shop gift voucher. To take part, you will have to enter your email address at the end of this survey so you may be contacted if you win.
What happens next
The results of this survey will shape how we structure information and advice to support good sleep in Surrey. You can find more information on Healthy Surrey.
