Overview

Have a look at our River Thames Scheme Consultation StoryMaps website and share your views on the scheme.

The River Thames Scheme is designed to unlock the economic, health and environmental benefits of the river between Egham and Teddington.

It will respond to the urgent challenges of flooding, reflecting the long history of flooding in this area. It will also provide access to green open spaces and sustainable travel routes; encourage inclusive economic growth and increase biodiversity.

Each element of the River Thames Scheme will work together to deliver benefits for communities to help them live more sustainably.

This statutory consultation is a critical step in the River Thames Scheme. All of your consultation feedback is important to us.

To answer the following questions, please visit our Consultation StoryMaps website, read our statutory consultation brochure, which provides a detailed presentation of the themes included within the feedback form. Alternatively, please visit the River Thames Scheme website at www.riverthamesscheme.org.uk for an overview of the current scheme proposals.

Whilst it would help us get a complete picture of your views if you answered all the questions, you are not required to do so. If particular questions, or sets of questions, are of interest to you, please answer those by scrolling through the feedback form.
