Plans for a new fire station in Lingfield
Overview
Surrey County Council is bringing forward plans to invest in the modernisation of Lingfield Fire Station. The project is part of Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) infrastructure improvements project, a programme of works which will ensure that SFRS can continue to provide an excellent emergency service to local people.
The proposal is to provide a modern, efficient fire station on the present Lingfield Fire Station site which would have the same operational capacity, cover and crewing levels as the existing fire station.
To ensure that neighbours, businesses and others are informed and involved throughout the planning process, we are holding a community consultation event in February, at the fire station.

4pm – 8pm
