Surrey Arts Future Music Provision

Overview

Surrey Arts, part of Surrey County Council,  is seeking the views of young people to help shape our future offer and engage more young people in our activities.

We would like to hear from anyone who does not participate in music activities provided by Surrey Arts such as music lessons, ensembles or workshops. This survey can be completed by parents/carers with their child. 

This short survey will take around 3-5 minutes to complete. Thank you very much for taking part.
