Dementia Strategy Survey
Overview
People with dementia, their unpaid carers and families have told us what is working well and where we need to improve our service offer. This draft strategy has been brought together by the dementia strategy action board in Surrey, which includes unpaid carers of people with dementia together with professionals from across Surrey’s service system, to make it clear what our joint ambitions are around dementia.
We would now like to get your views on whether we have captured the right ambitions, and the most important priority areas to be included in the Surrey five-year joint health and social care Dementia Strategy. The draft strategy is available under related documents.
We have attached accessible formats of the survey at the bottom of this page under 'Related Documents' however if you require an easy read version we would recommend requesting a hard copy. This can be obtained by contacting: contactcentre.adminhub@surreycc.gov.uk.
