Various Roads in Headley, Leatherhead and Mickleham Speed Limit Part-Revocation
Overview
Thank you for your interest in our 30mph and 40mph speed limit proposals in Headley, Leatherhead and Mickleham.
The legislation we must follow before introducing this scheme means that we need to allow objections and comments from the public to be considered before a final decision is reached about whether or not to go ahead with our preferred scheme in its current form.
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-named Order, under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:
1. Impose a maximum speed limit of 40 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified and described in the First Schedule to this Notice.
2. Impose a maximum speed limit of 30 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified and described in the Second Schedule to this Notice
