Milford and Godalming Speed Limit Proposals
Overview
Thank you for your interest in our speed limit proposals in Milford and Godalming.
The legislation we must follow before introducing this scheme means that we need to allow objections and comments from the public to be considered before a final decision is reached about whether or not to go ahead with our preferred scheme in its current form.
The proposal:
Proposed imposition of a re-imposition of a 40 MPH speed limit on a length of Eashing Lane (D94) at Eashing and Milford and on a length of Guildford Road (A283) at Milford and certain roads and lengths of roads comprised within the Milford junction interchange on the A3 London to Portsmouth Trunk Road.
Legal drafting amendments regarding the existing 30 MPH speed limit on Hurtmore Road (C23), Godalming.
