Surrey Arts Music Lessons 2023 to 2024 Survey

Overview

Surrey Arts would like to hear from anyone who has received music lessons organised by Surrey Arts during the school year 2023-24. This survey can be completed either by parents/carers, or adult learners who participate in lessons. Surrey Arts is part of Surrey County Council. By completing our survey you will be helping us to improve the quality of our services.
